Privacy policy

HAW is a casino simulator with fake chips, on the website and in the Android and iOS apps. This page explains what data goes through them, why, and what you control.

Last updated: September 10, 2026.

Who we are

HAW is responsible for the data. For privacy questions, write to:

What stays on your device

Your fake chips, session and round history, stats, achievements, settings and the optional answers from the start (monthly income and intention to bet, from 0 to 10) are stored only on your device: in the browser storage and, in the apps, also as a copy in the internal storage of the app.

This data is never sent to us or to third parties. There is no account, login or sign-up.

Ads, only in the apps

The apps show ads from Google AdMob, which may call partner networks to fill the slots: AppLovin, Unity, Liftoff (Vungle), Mintegral and Pangle. The website shows no ads.

To show and measure ads and prevent fraud, these services collect the device advertising ID, the IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and system data, ad interactions and diagnostic data. Each partner handles this data under its own policy, linked at the end of this page.

Where the law requires it, such as in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the app asks for your consent on first launch through the Google privacy messaging platform. On iOS, the advertising identifier is only used if you allow it in the Apple tracking prompt. Saying no does not block the game: ads keep showing, with less data about you.

Usage analytics and crashes

In the apps, Firebase Analytics, from Google, shows usage in aggregate (for example, how many people claim the daily bonus), and Firebase Crashlytics sends reports when the app closes because of an error. They collect installation identifiers, device and system data, usage events and crash logs.

On the website and in the apps, programming errors go to GlitchTip, an error monitoring service: the error message, page, browser, system and app version. Sending is set up without personal data, and GlitchTip deletes events after 90 days.

Cookie, hosting and statement

The website may set a single cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your chosen language. It does not identify you and is not used for advertising.

Like any website, the server that hosts HAW receives the IP address and technical data of each visit to deliver the pages.

When you share your statement, the server builds the image from three fake numbers from your session: the chip loss, the RTP and the number of rounds. None of this identifies you, and where the image goes next is your choice, in the system share sheet.

Adults only (18+), no real money

HAW is for people aged 18 or older and is not directed at children or teenagers.

There is no real money, no prize and no purchase in the app. We do not ask for or store payment details.

International transfers

The services above may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards described in the policy of each one.

What you control

In Profile > Settings you can reset the fake balance and the stats. To erase everything, clear the app data in your device settings, uninstall the app or delete the site data in your browser.

On Android, you can reset or delete the advertising ID in the system settings (usually under Google > Ads). On iOS, under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, you can deny or revoke the tracking permission for the app.

To review your ad consent, clear the app data: the form shows up again the next time you open the app.
